GHULAM RASOOL versus KARAMAT HUSSAIN
Articles 154 and 157 of Pakistan Criminal Code (CCPC) Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 199 petitioner filed a case against two police officers who raided and searched his house without a search warrant. During the petition, he also snatched up his articles and detained who took his and his son and released them on illegal payment of pleas. Was to take part in the investigation and police (Section H for filing a complaint directly by the OS) or the FIA to court in the event of failure to enter the building.
