Civil Service Roles (Punjab) Vo1 I, Rr 3 13 to 3 19 Lane Appellant filed a Certified Lady Teacher application with the municipal corporation which did not have a quota of 50 per cent for the appointment of a secondary school teacher. Subordinate teachers of the government who have already served in public schools and passed the BED exams were sent by the municipal corporation and joined their new assignment when they were dismissed by the corporation. Appellant's services were terminated, however. When the Directorate of Education had not yet obtained the license and was directed to join the municipal corporation because it was a certified teacher of the corporation and had obtained the license until it was confirmed. The Directorate Municipal Authorities, however, will not allow them to join duty with them on the grounds that their entitlement has already expired when they were terminated by the corporation administered by the corporation, to the appellant to the municipal corporation. As an employee of the Government, the service could not be treated as a teacher who was required to be appointed as a Secondary School Teacher Appellant but was ineligible for the post of Secondary School Teacher and on behalf of the Municipal Corporation Authorities. His request from the Department of Education was a mistake to send which said that No notice was taken regarding the appellant's nomination for the post and it nevertheless constituted a substantial irregularity of appointment as a secondary school teacher.
