ISLAM DIN versus ALLAH NAWAZ
More than two years after filing a leave appeal for appeal filed before the High Court against the order of the trial court, section 5, 14 and Article 152 of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 (1973), Article 185 (3). It was re-filed before the appropriate appellate court, which was filed by the court after a delay of more than two years. However, the high court postponed the appellate court's order, delaying the order. Reverse the order to carry forward 30 days prior to approval of the rejection. At the time taken to obtain copies of the judgment and decree, neither the appellate court nor the appellate court's reversal order reversing the interference was erroneously dismissed as wrong.
