West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 Section 172 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Allow applicants' argument that the question of jurisdiction of the court should have been decided by a trial court before, eventually, the constitutional jurisdiction. The High Court abolished the exercise of authority. Having said that since the court's jurisdiction is involved in a dispute of facts concerning the nature of the suit, the courts below correctly observed that the matter could not be decided without recording evidence.
