Relatively, however, it was evident that he knew that by striking a stick at the death of the deceased, the sentence of the accused was changed from Section 30302, PPC to Section 4 II4, Part Two, PPC. And was sentenced to ten years \ RI plus the benefit of Section 38382B, CR PC.
