Subsequent amendments to the Act will not include employees under the award even though employees may be entitled to such costs under the provisions of the Act-Order Tribunal on the basis of which a newspaper employee's life will be excluded. Living expenses are paid. The amendments made after the award were mostly within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal
