BAKHSHI versus DEPUTY SETTLEMENT COMMISSIONER (LANDS), VEHARI
Cancellation of Allotment by Allotment of Landless Settlements (Land Settlement) Act, 1958 Section 10 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Rehabilitation Authority, land under question was allotted to other claimants. As the order was challenged, the constitutional petition was successfully canceled, but without making the constitutional petitions a party, the constitutional petitions were rightly upheld by the High Court on appeal. People were not a party to the writ petition. The subject was processed according to the law and the Supreme Court's decision in the case of PLA de Bakhsh was reported as 1987 SC 145 was not asking for any intervention.
