BAKHSHI versus DEPUTY SETTLEMENT COMMISSIONER (LANDS), VEHARI
Cancellation of Allotment by Allotment of Landless Settlements (Land Settlement) Act, 1958 Section 10 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Rehabilitation Authority, land under question was allotted to other claimants.
