LIAQUAT ALI versus SINDH ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION
The West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O15 (4) charge sheet alleges that it will report the alleged misconduct within a month, after finding the Labor Court's charge sheet. The rejection of the court cannot be extended after extension. The accused labor service was not served, but after the alleged mismanagement of the required charge sheet for 2 years, it resulted in fresh inquiry and resulted in the employer's charge sheet. The fresh dismissal order approved was timely stopped and will be ordered by the Labor Court. No weight, because the Labor Court did not have the power to allow an employer to do anything which prevented the dismissal order, so it was not sustainable.
