West Pakistan Citizens Rental Ordinance 1959 Section 13 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) denies the relationship of landlord and tenant, landlord and tenant because of an oral agreement to sell disputed property. Was present and he was handed over after receiving the dues from him and such order of rent controller was not appropriate for submission of rent as the High Court rejected the application on the ground that the tenant had rented. Had suppressed the controller's order in which he had considered the oral agreement. The sale and the same High Court were rejected when they reached a valid conclusion, the leave application for appeal was dismissed.
