MUHAMMAD ARIF versus AMINA BEGUM
Section 13B & 15 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was allowed to examine the submission of leave of appeal that the order passed under section 13B was not capable of appeal against the order. Section 13B is a new addition to the law and, since it was not included in section 15, specifies the orders against which the appeal was applicable, against an order approved under section 13B. There can be no scope of appeal.
