ABDUL HAMEED KIRANVI versus SINDH LABOUR APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII of 1968), Section 12 (3) Job Termination The term of employment is terminated due to seasonality. In the season, and the worker who became a surplus, his services were no longer needed, because the matter was dismissed with simplicity, the worker failed to establish that the employer's action was to pay for the individual. Was forced to leave or was forced to work as a result of such action. Or that he had the juniors retained by the employer but he dismissed the employer's decision to terminate the employee because he was overpaid so he could not be questioned. So this is commendable, and neither is it allowed in violation of the law.
