Arts 132 and 133 exams and cross-examination parties, as fairs, are expected to appear as their own witnesses so that opposing parties will have the opportunity to examine them. They cannot be compelled to do so. And the party may not participate in the examination as its witness, the party will not have the obligation to tender it for cross examination.
