MUHAMMAD ASHRAF versus STATE
In a case registered under section 497 (5) section 7307 / under 34, after the bail was released by the High Court, the accused allowed the cancellation of the bail by the High Court; The fugitive suspects were forfeited and their arrest warrants were issued which resulted in the trial court (sessions court) ordering the High Court to revoke the accused's bail. Reference was made, where the accused jumped out on bail after being absent for about four months. They confiscated the privileges granted to them and the issuance of non-bailable warrants against the accused would result in the cancellation of the bail, so no reference to the High Court was necessary to cancel the bail.
