Sindh Civil Servant (Appointment Promotion and Exchange) Rules 1974 R4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Applicant was legally appointed Excise and Taxation Inspector in Grade 11 under the terms and conditions mentioned in the appointment form.
