Section 6 336 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 100 Allotment of Defendants, by Collector Defendants, was submitted to the Treasury at all costs and the Hat Appeal / Revenue Appellate Forum on appeal of the third party by the plaintiff. Allotment canceled. Due to lack of jurisdiction, the trial court dismissed the case against "alas", however, accepting the defendants' appeal, the C1 Revenue Appellate Forum First Appellate Court also held that the plaintiffs had become the full owner of the lawsuit. And they had ceased to be the tenants of the Government, therefore, they were no longer covered by the provisions of the Government Land Colonization (Punjab) Act, 1912, and this collector was able to overrule the "Ahasas".
