Sections 302, 148 and 149 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 199 and 270 of a Martial Law Order (CMLA), have been prosecuted by the Special Military Court of the No. 4 accused under Sections 302, 148 and 149, Was PPC. The statement of a person whose very suspicions were kept on record in his credentials, as a testimony of the High Court's constitutional jurisdiction, was used to identify the unidentified persons by the prosecution's witnesses. The identity was not paraded.
