SHAH NAWAZ versus STATE
In the Pakistan Penal Code section 420 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), clauses 561A and 249 proceedings have to be reassessed to assess whether the accused was handed over to the complainant on a particular date. The intention was to commit fraud in section 151515, PPC, and to reach that determination, various factors would have to be taken into consideration as if the accused had a means by which to pay huge sums of money. Could be found or any other evidence of a similar nature could be revealed. The record accused had already moved the petition before the trial court under Section 249A, CCPC, any action to restrain the proceedings at this stage, similar to stopping the criminal proceedings at an earlier stage. Whose application was not guaranteed by law. The status quo was terminated
