DISTRICT EVACUEE TRUST PROPERTY COMMITTEE, HYDERABAD versus SARFRAZ KHAN
Section 4 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) allowed leave of appeal to consider whether, in the absence of any action that identified the true purpose of the trust, the production of the record of rights or City survey in which a property is described. Any such property may be attached to a religious, charitable or educational trust for the purpose of Section 4 of Act XXVIII of 1958, as expressed by Dharma Shala, Tekano or similar.
