No one could be added after the delimitation was run. Investments with the option to waive delays under the Outside Court Section 5, Limitation Act, 1908, which do not apply strictly in the application of O XL1, R 20, CPC, where a party appeals within a limitation period I do not apply. As a result of an appeal it can never be considered a interested party. This is not an unacceptable principle.
