Effect of History In the absence of a valid extension of time through a competent forum, the High Court held that the time for premature deposit was over, and such money was not submitted on time. By the time the decree was overturned the case was automatically dismissed, the Supreme Court affirmed that the eligibility of the appeal was denied but in those cases it was dismissed.
