Section 2 (f) Property Act (I82 of 1882), Section 55 (6) (a) Once the landlord is transferred through a registered gift deed, he becomes the owner of the property and owns the property. That makes it worthwhile. According to the provisions of section 55 (6) (a) of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, the rent and thus the property becomes the landlord within the meaning of section 2 (f) of the Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance 1979. Gift validation in favor of gift accuracy, however, can be questioned by donor heirs if it was open to them at all.
