RAHAM DIN versus FATIMA BIBI
A. VIII, R11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Applicants claim that the suicide bombings of those killed in the fourth and fifth degree were confirmed in 1953 while the applicants in the property in 1979. The contestants came with a case. The trial court dismissed the applicant's case under OVII, R 11, the CPC appeal and the petitioner's review against such order was also dismissed, the Supreme Court appealing with these observations. Denied that the applicant had been silent for more than 26 years before taking up his claim. The victims' legacy, if they wish, could have raised the issue before the resettlement and resettlement authorities, and if they did, their claim would have been well considered.
