Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Arbitration Board of Market Committee High Court allowed appeal on the basis of two findings, namely: (i) Arbitration dispute was not between the dealer and the farmer but between the two dealers. The dispute between the production parties arose under the territorial jurisdiction of the Market Committee
