Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Arbitration Board of Market Committee High Court allowed appeal on the basis of two findings, namely: (i) Arbitration dispute was not between the dealer and the farmer but between the two dealers. Since there was no reasonable reference to arbitration, and (ii) the Market Committee had no jurisdiction in this case, leave the appeal allowed to examine the reasoning that the arbitrator's findings were invalid because the relationship between the parties was between a dealer and a Were one. The dispute between the production parties arose under the territorial jurisdiction of the Market Committee
