Section 13 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), AR 185 (3) allowed an appeal to examine whether the applicants had deliberately entered into a payment of rent as they were formerly in the case of rent. Advance rentals were submitted in the name of the owner. In the case of the rent of 1973 and J rent 19 \ 74 in the name of the respondent (hereafter the landlord) and, alternatively, whether it was a matter of technical default that could be condoned.
