Appeal will be granted, if this question alone is the deciding factor, it may be a valid case for grant of leave to appeal, but the High Court finds that the real gift was in favor of the applicant. Otherwise not established and the conclusions about it are inconceivable, there will be no useful purpose in giving leave to appeal the question of no poetry.
