Accepting the recommendations of the R7A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) Inquiry Officer, the government has imposed a huge fine on the public servants for recovering the amount of government-paid money. Officials of the department have not committed anything. The imposition stated that the Penalty Service Tribunal has already taken a sympathetic attitude to the turmoil and granted partial relief to appeal, Advocate Supreme Court, Rana Maqbool Ahmed Audrey Advocate on the applicant's record. Chaudhry Aslam Spadho declined.
