Article 2302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was passed to examine the leave of appeal to determine whether in the circumstances of the case, the sentence under Article 302, Penal Code can be maintained and elevated. The accused cannot be benefited because of the height of Reckless and ruthless by the slaughter; and, whatever it was, was not enough to provoke anyone.
