Section 24 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was not ignored by the High Court order, there was no interference in the application of any legal question which was arbitrarily interfered with by the High Court. The decision was taken in a decisive way considering the convenience of both parties. The applicant could not identify any defective case which is not worthy of further consideration, the leave to appeal was denied.
