Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) allowed the consideration of the admission of claimants having certified claims in rural areas for the transfer of citizens' land, certifying urban rural areas. The claimants with the claim can be transferred, moreover, when their occupation of the land, such as temporary allies, was less than five years before 1912 1960.
