The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 325, 323, 149 and 148 were acquitted of the charges under Sections 307, 149, but with Section 145 and 148, the punishment has been retained under Sections 325, 323. The previous enmity between the parties is entitled to take advantage of the disappearance of the accused.
