Constitution of India, Article 136 Arbitration Act (X of 1940), Section 20 Special Leave Appeal The validity of an irrevocable award is limited to the determination of the question before the Supreme Court of Bench. There is no scope for postponement of the appeal in question. Challenging the validity of the award, the oath-taking award before the Supreme Court's Large Bench does not guarantee that the appeal against non-constitutional award under Article 136 of the Indian Constitution is a challenge.
