Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), sections 302 and 34 of the Commonwealth Guarantee, the order of continuity in recording the statements of the prosecution witnesses, with which the accused participated in a similar role. Was released by police during the investigation, statements of the first and second sets of prosecution witnesses were recorded after a delay of 12 and 15 days, respectively. Without any explanation, there were some contradictions between the statements of the prosecution witnesses. The incident occurred around 8:30 pm, while the FIR was registered at 11 o'clock at night, when the police station was about 15 to 16 km away. Therefore, consideration and consultation cannot be ruled out. Further investigation into the accused is needed. The accused is guaranteed accordingly.
