And the dismissal was suspended on the request for abuse, there is no clear evidence to support such a request. The Labor Court said that his removal was of serious credibility because only a month after the offer of a new appointment was not approved by the Appellate Tribunal Labor Court, such Labor Court orders were made. The order to restore was not valid and the complaint request was dismissed.
