The Disposal of Land Allotments (Land Settlement) Act, 1958, without notice or allotment, can be heard in the case that allottees having valuable rights in the allotted land could not be denied their rights. They were not given the opportunity to hear the land. The allotment of the allotment can only be canceled under section 11, the Displaced Persons (Land Settlement) Act, 1958, in which it was presumed that the allotment of the allotment without giving to the person affected by it.
