The suit for respondent's suit for possession of land on the basis of proprietary right in section 4 & and 15 of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 was ordered by the trial court and the defendant to submit the value of the land, as fixed in the order. It was submitted that the petitioner withdrew the money and the judgment and order of the appellate court hearing was challenged on the basis that no "students" were made according to the Islamic decree, the applicant donated a certain amount of land.
