Following the date of this Act, all orders / notifications issued by the Government under section 5 of the Act, from the day of the cancellation of the Amendment Ordinance (XIX of 1988) and all proceedings are pending or taken up, the cases are heard. , Taken, held, and approved by any special court established under the aforesaid Act. Found with no legal authority and no legal effect? The period under which the Government is in the effective process of implementing a prompt hearing in any special court under any order / notification issued by the Government under Section 5 of the Ordinance II of 1987 and Act XV of 1987 does not proceed. Could be because after the expiry of Act XV of 1988 there was no special court of speedy cases.
