Respondent was reinstated but did not. The record was included because such respondents were allotted less land than their original allotment, which was created after the applicant withdrew some land, there is no doubt that the complainant land belonging to the applicants was allotted. Could not be but the Consolidation Authority did not have the power to cancel the same or refuse to make its implementation an M Revenue Record
