Only the complainant accused the complainant of filing a report to the higher authorities by raiding the magistrate and the Investigation Officer and seeking illegal consolation. Report submitted by the accused at least a month ago, immediately after the raid, the accused confessed that the complainant had received the money as payment of the loan. Conflicting with documentary evidence, detention, it could not be relied upon and the defense version appears to have ordered an acquittal in the cases.
