PERVEZ AKHTAR versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Sections 154 (XLV of 1860), Sections 307,148 and 149 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 are alleged to have registered the registration of the first informational report. Was registered under 5307/148/149 as an example of the accused rival's party in the first information report registered against the rival party, which was given through an anti-prescription complaint and not by way of defense. Under the first information report against the accused, his name was not offensive, but his case was mentioned in the first information report against his rivals. The information reported was completely different; the entry of the second First Information Report against the accused did not appear to be illegal because the two first version reports contained two versions of different incidents and two instances of the same incident and recovery. The accused were still left, no interference was demanded in this case that the constitution's application was dismissed.
