Powers of a High Court Judge to register persons in cases 25 and 22A, 54 and 561A of the Criminal Code (CCPC) and to arrest persons simultaneously with Section 22A of the Criminal Code of Conduct, 1898 Read. The High Court Judge may, at his discretion, exercise all the powers of the relevant police officer in Section C PCC, for the purpose of arrest, not only in the relevant jurisdiction of the High Court, but throughout Pakistan and in registering cases. Ordering for a person may simultaneously arrest persons who are concerned about a confidential offense or against whom they have reason to suspect.
