On the basis of the seller's statements submitted to Section 54 Registration Act (XVI of 1908), Sections 17 and 49 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967), Section 42 was issued before the endorsement of the Patwari and Revenue Officer. Sale of agricultural land by means of such sale shall not be affected by notification of applicable section 304, 1974 of section 454 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 on sale of agricultural land.
