IJAZ AHMAD ALIAS JADDOO versus STATE
The CI22 Determination Code (XLV of 1860), Section 304A & 379, confirmed the death of a deceased motorcycle collision with police barricades on the son of a son of an inquiry report. After being charged by the police with the removal of Rs 30,000 and the preparation of a fake recovery memo of Rs 15, the policemen found at the check post were found liable for negligence and causing the death of the deceased by committing theft. The police superintendent directed the police officers to file a lawsuit to cause death by negligence. The amount of criminal murder can be punished under PP 304 A, PPC under section 379 and PPC for theft of Rs 30,000.
