The evidence of the Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302, 307 and 148/149, the testimony of the relevant witnesses injured during the incident, the presence of the witnesses at the relevant time, it cannot be suspected that any motive for making false allegations of the accused witnesses with the deceased. Would not be sufficient to exclude their evidence in such circumstances.
