The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302 and 307/149 did not mention the name of the accused in column no. 2 or no 3 while the trial court did not mention the names of the accused. After the statements were stopped, the court was not obliged, and was always subject to judicial scrutiny. The court would have jurisdiction over all the persons involved, and not only those who were mentally cleared by police officers. After the application was approved it was perfectly legal and no interference status was demanded.
