In his secondary school certificate suit filed by the plaintiff, the trial court ruled in his favor and the Appellate Education Board filed by Intermediate and Secondary was dismissed by the lower appellate court. The Validatev plaintiff had taken all possible steps to reform not only the Secondary School Certificate but also many other documents, which showed the correct / corrected date that their documents were timely to correct. Appears in the proceedings, and through proper procedures, the plaintiff terminated her local remedies and corrected her date of birth on several documents, which the date of the board's birth was determined by another person or policy of the board. Did not affect the truth too badly. Both courts did not need any intervention by the High Court
