The Punjab Government's notification under section 4 of the Punjab Agricultural Product Markets Act, 1939, section 7 and 8 of the Punjab Local Government Act (XXXX of 1975), Sections 156 to 163 of the West Pakistan General Clause Act (VI of 1956), section 4, Under which the notification was issued. Will notify the area according to the provisions. No recommendation was taken from the District Council before informing March 15 of section 157 of the Punjab Local Government Act, 1975. Market area under the repeal of the Cate Area 1977 Act, after a period of twelve years, the High Court used judicial restriction to reject the said notification and also because the applicants did not challenge the establishment of the market area. In addition to this, Sections 156 to 163 of Act XXIV of 1975 were repealed by the provisions of section 39 of the Punjab Agricultural Markets Ordinance. The establishment of 1978 market area was also protected from the view of past and closed transactions.
