Article 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition Service Appeal, stating that the applicant's lawyer was exempt, the applicant had earlier filed an appeal before the service tribunal. And that the SC 602 Assistant Registrar of the Tribunal issued a letter informing of the decision made by the Supreme Court in PL PL PL and informed the applicant that his employment appeal had been postponed. Under which the Supreme Court had heard in another case. Directed that the Registrar or any institution on his behalf cannot issue a letter / order stating that an appeal is pending before the Service Tribunal. That it was only the service tribunal that heard the relevant parties in a special appeal and then passed a court order stating that this appeal was effective in pursuing any law or case law or no. It had no legal status by the Assistant Registrar of Service Tribunals and as a result, the appeal filed by the applicant before the Service Tribunal will still be considered pending before the Service Tribunal and will be decided. ? If in its sole discretion it is found that the appeal is dismissed for any valid / judicial reason, the service tribunal itself will have to hear the petitioner and / or any other party and then the relevant provisions of the law In respect of such an authorized order must be passed.
