Applicants seeking the allotment of disputed land took the stand that important crops should be set aside for the allotment of land under the S3, vacant Property and Displaced Persons (Cancellation) Act 1975 section 3. The tenants of the said land are entitled to the property rights under the scheme, while accepting the applicant's claim, the court directed that the examination of the applicants' privileges for the attainment of proprietary rights by a competent officer.
