Sections 8 and 9 of Pakistan Muslim Family Law Ordinance 1961 (1973), Article 199 Rehabilitation husband fails to take care of his wife; A revocation request has been filed before the revision request is banned. Against the chairman's order, the collector, who was rejected at the point of limitation, ruled that the husband had no knowledge of applying for a restoration before the chairman endorsed it. It is not said that the Chairman, in the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court, is concerned with rehabilitation of the wife, but the amount of restitution was reduced to allowance on the advice of Haskab Sec, which was agreed with his wife's advice.
