The Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/34 witnesses are closely related to the two victims and one woman is also accused of explaining her presence. The witnesses gave a detailed statement of the incident in the FIR, saying that such statement confirmed all material aspects by other witnesses. The witnesses do not allege that the accused, especially the lady accused, is not clear about her request to her cousin and nephew Defense, otherwise neither of the other defendants are being requested to be associated with them. Nor does it relate to the victim or the witnesses. The accused was arrested on the same day and was immediately found to have recovered a cloth and the knife was found to be stained with human blood, evidence of witnesses can be encouraged and trusted.
